We will be
having our Valentine’s Day Party on Friday, February 9. A list of the students in our class was sent
home on Thursday. If you choose to send
Valentines to school with your child, please make sure to include every member
of our class. We don’t want anyone to
feel left out. Thank you!
Don’t forget
to do a quick review of your child’s sight words every night. Remember, students must learn all 96
Kindergarten sight words by the end of the year!
This week we
will be focusing on the letter Ll as in lemon.
Show and Tell for the letter Ll will be on Friday, February 9.
Our new
Reading story is called “My Lucky Day”.
We will discuss what it means to have a lucky adventure. We will also learn about cause and effect.
In Math we
will continue learning about numbers to 20
