Kindergarten News for the Week of November 12, 2018
Report cards
will be sent home on Friday, November 9.
Please keep the report card for your records, but send the signed
envelope back to school.
There will
be no school for students on Monday, November 12. Enjoy your long weekend!
Scholastic
Book Orders are due on Tuesday, November 13.
There will

Show and Tell for the letter Ii will be on Friday, November 16. A paper bag with the letter Ii will be sent
home in your child’s folder on Thursday.
Please send the bag back to school on Friday with one or two small items that start with Ii. Please note that the items must be small
enough to fit inside the brown paper bag.

Reading story is called “A Bed for the Winter”.
We will discuss what kind of home an animal needs. We will also learn about sequence.
In Math we
will begin learning about numbers 11-20.

Kindergarten News for the Week of November 5, 2018
Daylight
savings time ends on Sunday, November 4.
Remember to turn your clocks back one hour! Shorts are no longer permitted until
daylight savings time begins in the spring.
