Friday,
February 16 will be a Spartan Dress Down Day.
A $1.00 donation is needed to dress down.
Due to the
recent snow days, there have been some changes to the school schedule. The Data Delay on Wednesday, February 14 has been cancelled and school will begin at the normal time for students and staff. There WILL be school on Monday, February 19.
Don’t forget
to do a quick review of your child’s sight words every night. Remember, students must learn all 96
Kindergarten sight words by the end of the year!
This week we
will be focusing on consonant blends. Due
to the recent “snow week” we did not do show and tell last week. Show and Tell for the letter Ll has been
moved to this Friday, February 16.
Our new
Reading story is called “One Little Mouse”.
We will discuss what adventures animals can have. We will also learn about sequence.
In Math we
will be learning about numbers to 100.
