There will be no school from Friday, March 29 – Tuesday,
April 2. Classes will resume on
Wednesday, April 3. Enjoy your Easter
break!!
We will be finishing up our last letter of the alphabet when
we come back from Easter break. To
celebrate learning the letter Qq, we will be having a wedding! Q and U will be getting married on Friday,
April 5. Please dress your child like
he/she will be attending a wedding – collared shirt and tie for boys/dress or
skirt for girls. We will be having the
wedding and reception in the morning so if you would like, you can send a
change of clothes with your child for the afternoon. We will have quite a time!! After the wedding on Friday, we will be
having “Queen Day”! All of the girls
will get to be queens for a day!
Word List #19 will be sent home today and tested on Friday,
April 5. Please remember to practice the
words every night with your child!
Graduation pictures will be on Thursday, April 4. Please send your child to school in a white
collared shirt. They will be wearing
caps and gowns, but the white collar will stick out and we would like everyone
to look the same. If you will be
purchasing pictures, the money is due back to me by April 4. Thank you to those of you who already turned
in your money!
