There WILL
be school for students on Monday, January 15.
The
Boosterthon fundraiser begins on Tuesday morning with a pep rally for all
students. Please refer to the
Boosterthon paper that was sent home last week for more information on getting
pledges for your child. The Boosterthon
Fun Run will take place on Thursday, January 25. We are very excited for this fundraiser!
This week we
will be focusing on the letter Ff as in fish.
Show and Tell for Ff will be on Friday, January 19. A paper bag will be sent home on Thursday. Please send in one or two items that start
with the letter Ff.
Our new
Reading story is called “Then and Now”.
We will discuss what things we use today are different from things used
long ago. We will also learn about drawing
conclusions.
In Math we
will be learning to compare numbers from 0-10.
