Scholastic
Book Orders are due on Friday, October 13 if you would like to purchase books. This is separate from the book fair which will be held the week of October 16.
Our new
Reading story is called “Dig, Dig, Digging.”
We will discuss classifying and categorizing, as well as how machines
help people work.
This week we
will be focusing on the letter Tt as in tent.
Show and Tell for the letter Tt will be on Friday, October 13. A paper bag with the letter Tt on it will be
sent home in your child’s folder. Please
send the bag back to school on Friday with one or two small items that start
with Tt. Please note that the items
must be small enough to fit inside the brown paper bag. Thank you for your help!
In Math we
will begin analyzing, comparing, and composing shapes.
