Wednesday,
November 9 is a 2-hour data delay for students.
Daylight
savings time ends on Sunday, November 6.
Remember to turn your clocks back one hour! Also, shorts are no longer permitted until
daylight savings time begins in the spring.
This week we
will focus on the letter Cc as in cat.
Show and Tell for the letter Cc will be on Friday, November 11. A paper bag with the letter Cc will be sent
home in your child’s folder on Thursday.
Please send the bag back to school on Friday with one or two small items that start with Cc. Please note that the items must be small
enough to fit inside the brown paper bag.

Our new
Reading story is called “Bear Snores On”.
We will discuss what unique thing a bear does in the winter. We will also learn about realism and fantasy.
In Math we
will continue comparing and ordering numbers from 0-5.
