Kindergarten News for the Week of September 24, 2018
If you did not send in your $3.00 for the Fall Festival,
please send it in as soon as possible.
The Fall Festival will be held on October 26.
Field Trip permission slips are due on September 27. Thank you to everyone who already handed in
their permission slips!
Our new Reading story is called “Miss Bindergarten Takes a
Field Trip with Kindergarten”. We will
discuss classifying and categorizing, as well as how people in a community
cooperate.
Please continue to review sight words with your child every
night. When your child masters a list, I
will send home their test and star the completed list in their folder.
In Math we will continue learning about numbers 0-10.
Please continue to help your child memorize his/her 5 digit
student ID. The number can be found on
his/her folder. This number is important
to know so your child can order lunch, log onto the computer, and check out
books from the library. Thank you for
your help!

Monday – Day 10 – Computers
Tuesday – Day 1 – Art
Wednesday – Day 2 – Library (Remember your books!)
Thursday – Day 3 – P.E. (Don’t forget your sneakers!)
Friday – Day 4 – Music
