December 10 is the NSE Holiday Concert.
Kindergarten performs at 10am in the NSHS Auditorium. Your child should report to the high school
gym no later than 9:30am. Santa will be
located in the gym for photos. Please
arrive early to allow time for a quick visit.
Dress code clothing or dress-up clothing is permitted. Please, no jeans or sweatpants.
Friday,
December 16 will be a Spartan Dress Down Day.
The suggested donation is $1.00.
A dress code
clarification paper was sent home today.
Please keep in mind that the dress code will be strictly enforced and
that all students should be following the dress code guidelines. Be sure to pay special attention to
acceptable clothing on Spartan Spirit Days and dress down days.
This week we
will be focusing on the letter Rr as in rug.
Show and Tell for the letter Rr will be on Friday, December 16.
Our new
Reading story is called “Little Quack”.
We will discuss what new things you can do as you get older. We will also learn about plot.
In Math we
will continue comparing and ordering numbers 0-10.
