Our new Reading story is called “Smash! Crash!”.
We will discuss characters, as well as what people like to do with their
friends.
This week we will be focusing on the letter Mm as in
man. Show and Tell for the letter Mm
will be on Friday, September 26. A paper
bag with the letter Mm on it will be sent home in your child’s folder. Please send the bag back to school on Friday
with one or two small items that start with Mm. Please note that the items must be small
enough to fit inside the brown paper bag.

In Math we will continue learning about analyzing,
comparing, and composing shapes.
The Fall Festival will be held this Thursday, October
6. Students will be permitted to dress
in gym clothes, but no jeans are allowed.
Scholastic Book Orders will be sent home on Monday and are
due on Friday, October 7.
Next week is Spirit Week!
If your child would like to participate, you can dress them in the
following themes. Please be aware that
the dress code remains in place during all Spirit Dress Days.
